General Terms and Conditions

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, services, and agreements of Embed AI, located in Amsterdam and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 90283597.

1.2 By registering for a training, workshop, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1.3 Deviations from these terms are only valid if they have been explicitly agreed upon in writing.

1.4 If any provision of these terms is null or void, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

2.1 Embed AI provides trainings, workshops, and consultancy in the field of AI for professionals from all sectors.

2.2 The content of trainings may be adjusted to incorporate the most current developments. Participants will be informed of this in a timely manner.

2.3 For custom trainings, specific arrangements will be documented in a separate agreement.

2.4 Embed AI reserves the right to change training dates in case of insufficient participants or force majeure.

3.1 Registration for trainings takes place via the online contact form on our website or in writing by email.

3.2 After registration, you will receive a confirmation and invoice. Registration is final upon receipt of payment.

3.3 Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, but no later than before the start of the training.

3.4 In the event of late payment, Embed AI reserves the right to refuse participation.

3.5 All prices mentioned are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.

4.1 Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the training.

4.2 In case of cancellation within 14 days before the start, 50% of the course fee will be charged.

4.3 In case of cancellation within 7 days before the start or in case of no-show, the full course fee is due.

4.4 If prevented from attending, a replacement may participate in the training, provided this is reported in advance.

4.5 In case of illness of the trainer, the training will be rescheduled to a new date in consultation with the participants.

5.1 All training materials, documentation, and other content are the property of Embed AI and protected by intellectual property rights.

5.2 It is not permitted to copy, share, or distribute materials without express written permission.

5.3 Participants may use materials for their own study and practice within their organization.

5.4 Recording during trainings is not permitted without prior permission.

6.1 Embed AI strives to provide current and accurate information during trainings and in materials.

6.2 Embed AI is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of what has been learned or materials provided.

6.3 Liability is in all cases limited to the invoice amount of the relevant training.

6.4 Embed AI is not liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage and lost profits.

7.1 Embed AI treats all information from and about participants strictly confidentially.

7.2 Participants are obliged to maintain confidentiality of confidential information from other participants.

7.3 During trainings, only anonymized practical examples are used.

8.1 All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

8.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Amsterdam.

8.3 Parties will first try to resolve a dispute by mutual agreement before resorting to the courts.
